I build and maintain PCM Drop: the PCM player, the audio converter, the tone generator, and the guides on this site. Every tool runs in your browser because I wanted something I could point at a headerless audio file without installing software or uploading a recording to someone else’s server.

I write the guides myself and check the settings, commands and numbers in them against primary sources (specifications, release notes and tool documentation) and against the tools on this site. When a reader or a re-check finds a mistake, I correct the article and update the date on it.

I also record the video walkthroughs on the PCM Drop YouTube channel. If something on the site is wrong, unclear or missing, the contact page reaches me directly.
